Provide accurate info, cooperate, pay as agreed, comply with laws.
30-day terms. 1.5% monthly late fee. Suspension for non-payment.
Protected for 5 years post-termination. Indefinitely for trade secrets.
Capped at fees in prior 12 months. No consequential damages.
Services "as is." All implied warranties disclaimed.
30-day notice. Immediate for material breach uncured within 15 days.
Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control.
PRC law. CIETAC arbitration in Kunming, English.
You indemnify us against claims from violation of these Terms.
